Heritage Ha Long Hotel

Located away from the busy center, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the bay from the room window! the rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably. Another great thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were always happy to help us with anything we needed.

Although the hotel was generally great, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. There wasn't enough variety in the food, especially when it came to the fruit and bread options.

I recommend this hotel. Sunny balcony was a bonus. Perfect for city trip. Venue's position a short walk to all places I wanted to see, like Dragon Park ha Long;))

This place is conveniently located near Bai Chay Bridge and Typhoon Water Park, and the Hon Gai neighborhood is definitely worth checking out.

Stayed over Easter weekend. Comfortable rooms with great views of the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect for exploring the area and trying different local cuisines. The breakfast buffet was decent with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi which was great for keeping in touch with friends and family back home.

The hotel had a couple of negative aspects that made our stay less than perfect. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use an upgrade.

The hotel is conveniently located near the night market, where you can find a wide variety of local products. it is well situated in the center, making it easy to access the theme park in the future. the whole area was pretty quiet, giving us a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. the rooms were spacious and modern, offering a comfortable stay. the staff provided efficient and prompt service, fulfilling our requests. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of both cold and hot dishes.
